Why we built it
When Sam Myers-Shah was in the food business, his team spent millions building their own production because they could not find the right manufacturer. Not for lack of trying. They met facilities, explained the product, and tried to make the fit work. The right partner was probably out there. The hard part was finding them before time, money, and momentum ran out.
